Vista's Executive Chef,
Jeffery
Bricker, CEC.
Jeff attended Indiana Wesleyan University
where he earned a BS in Business Administration. He also
attended Ivy Tech Community College where he received his
AAS in Hospitality Administration with a specialty in culinary
arts. From there Jeff's love for cooking took him to France
where he studied at the Bocuse Institute (Culinary School
of Internationally famed French Chef Paul Bocuse). He also
studied at the Ecole de Cuisine LaVarenne and Ecole Nationale
Superieure de la Patisserie. Jeff
is a Certified Executive Chef with over 30 years of professional
food service experience..
Jeff is a member of the American Culinary Federation, and
has received numerous awards including the "Edmond
Gass Award for Outstanding Service in Culinary Arts",
the "Chef Professionalism Award" and the 2006
"Indianapolis Chapter Chef of the Year" from the
Greater Indianapolis Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
Valle
Vista's menus have been enhanced with several of Chef Bricker's
signature items, including his silky White Chocolate Creme
Brulee, his savory Herb Vinaigrette Dressing and his classic
Chicken Persillade.
