Jeff attended Indiana Wesleyan University where he earned a
BS in
Business Administration. He also attended Ivy Tech
Community College where he received his AAS in Hospitality Administration
with a specialty in culinary arts. Jeff is a Certified Executive
Chef with over 30 years of professional food service experience
in the Indianapolis area.
Jeff is a member of the American Culinary Federation, and has
received numerous awards including the "Edmond Gass Award
for Outstanding Service in Culinary Arts", the "Chef
Professionalism Award" and the 2006 "Indianapolis
Chapter Chef of the Year" from the Greater Indianapolis
Chapter of the American Culinary
Federation.
Valle Vista's menus have been enhanced with several of Chef
Bricker's signature items, including silky White Chocolate Creme
Brulee , his savory Herb Vinaigrette Dressing and his classic
Chicken Persillade.
